B:Mouthy Explorers - The Leadership Team
Explorers would not be possible without the Explorers themselves however it also needs Direction, Encouragement, Enthusiasm, Dedication, Direction and Drive all these things are achieved by a strong leadership team that provide the necessary skills and knowledge to help Explorers achieve the most out of scouting.
Below are the leaders who between them all make Explorer Scouting happen in the Bournemouth Avon / Genesis districts.

| Dependable, caring, considerate, thoughtful... to name all but a few Lisa is our second female leader who again like Sian doesn’t mind getting her hands dirty! As long no Elephants are involved she is fine! |

| Kev is responsible for Bournemouth Explorers new look website. Still finding his feet in Bournemouth this leader still not sure of the area can always be relied on to turn up in his biker gear and sat nav to get him to where we meet! (we are still trying to find a place he cant get his sat nav to find... Not really Kev) |
